Keeping Young People Safe

We at Next Gen Support Services are dedicated to protecting children and youth, and we anticipate that all of our staff members will share this dedication. All welfare issues are taken seriously by the adults in our program, and they encourage kids and teens to communicate about anything that’s bothering them. The young persons best interests will always come first.

Some young people are more likely to experience abuse, and some young people may face extra obstacles when it comes to identifying or reporting it. Our commitment to anti-discriminatory practices is unwavering. The varied situations of children are likewise acknowledged by Next Gen Support Services. Regardless of the obstacles they may encounter, we guarantee that every young person has the same level of safety.

The provision aims to ensure that:

At Next Gen Support Services, we use CPOMs to report, track and follow up on actions and monitoring of incidents, safeguarding and young people protection matters.

Safeguarding for the Parents/Carers

Our support services acknowledges our moral and statutory obligations to protect and promote the wellbeing of young people. Next Gen Support Services aims to create a safe and welcoming environment in where young people are respected and valued.

Our team will be vigilant for symptoms of abuse and neglect. We shall adhere to our processes to ensure that young people receive appropriate care, protection, and justice.
